This blog is up to date information on what is going on with missionaries Kelly Neal and his wife, Bellie Neal, in the Philippines. They have the heart of God and have followed His direction to establish a place in the Philippines where abused and neglected children might feel the love of Christ and have their basic needs met.

They have called this refuge Agape Outreach Ministry and Kelly spends up to half a year in the US raising funds for the vision God placed in their hearts.

The goal of this website and the goal that the Board of Directors would like to see come to fruition is that Kelly could stay in the Philippines and do the work God called him to do, which is be a father-figure to the children they serve, as well as a husband-in-residence working hand in hand with his wife, Bellie, who certainly does not want him away for so long every year. Kelly has told me he’d like to spend only 3 months away each year raising funds and we would like to see that happen.
